The reporting dashboard covers incidents, monitoring, medicals and competencies with totals, trends over time and breakdowns by type and role. Where add-on modules are active, safety-brief coverage and QA compliance rates appear alongside them.

Organisation structure and roles
Your organisation structure, custom job roles and role permissions determine who sees and does what. Permissions are granular, so an assessor, a manager and a system administrator each get exactly the access their role requires.
Traction, routes and depots
Traction types, routes and depots are configured once and then used across route competence, complementary certificates and assessment records, so the vocabulary is consistent everywhere it appears.
Modules and integrations
Optional modules are activated from the Add-ons library, and the Investigations connector links Rail Intel to an external investigations system where one is in use.
