Issuing a safety brief is easy. Proving that a specific driver received it, when, and from whom is the part that fails an audit. Safety Briefs records attendance per employee with the delivery method and provider captured against the record.
Attendance captured per employee
Each brief is recorded against the individual, not a distribution list. In-person briefings capture the provider's details; remote delivery records the method used. The result is a per-employee history you can filter and evidence, and a company-wide view of coverage.
When the module is active, safety-brief coverage also surfaces in Reporting alongside your other compliance measures, so a gap in briefing shows up in the same place as a lapsed medical.

Activating Safety Briefs
Add-on modules are activated from the Add-ons page inside Rail Intel. Each module can be taken on an annual subscription or trialled for 14 days, and your system administrator can enable it for your company directly.
