Declarations that reach the right people
Medication can affect fitness to work, and a declaration that sits in an email is not a control. Medication Checks adds declaration and occupational-health check workflows to the medical record, including optional employee self-submission for manager review.
Note. The Medical tab and company Medicals page are core Rail Intel. This module adds the medication declaration and OH check workflows on top of them.
Declarations, OH outcomes and attachments
Declarations are recorded against the employee's medical record, so the medication position sits with the fitness position rather than apart from it. Occupational health outcomes and supporting report attachments are held alongside.
Employees can optionally submit their own declaration for manager review, which keeps the process moving without requiring a manager to transcribe it.

Activating Medication Checks
Add-on modules are activated from the Add-ons page inside Rail Intel. Each module can be taken on an annual subscription or trialled for 14 days, and your system administrator can enable it for your company directly.
