Driver Reports captures a structured, signed account of an operational event, turn, headcode, conditions and narrative, on the driver's own record. Because the report is structured rather than free text in an email, it can be reported on and exported to an investigations system.
A structured report, signed by the driver
The form captures the operational context alongside the narrative, so a report is usable as evidence later rather than an unattributed paragraph. Reports are held on the employee record and synchronise company-wide for management review.
Where the Investigations connector is configured, the API supports exporting reports into that system, so the driver's account reaches the investigation without being re-keyed.
