Add-on module

Capture the driver's account while it is fresh

Driver Reports captures a structured, signed account of an operational event — turn, headcode, conditions and narrative — on the driver's own record. Because the report is structured rather than free text in an email, it can be reported on and exported to an investigations system.

A structured report, signed by the driver

The form captures the operational context alongside the narrative, so a report is usable as evidence later rather than an unattributed paragraph. Reports are held on the employee record and synchronise company-wide for management review.

Where the Investigations connector is configured, the API supports exporting reports into that system, so the driver's account reaches the investigation without being re-keyed.

  • Operational context captured: turn, headcode and conditions alongside the narrative.
  • Signed by the driver and retained on their record.
  • Company-wide overview for managers reviewing submitted reports.
  • Exportable to Investigations where that connector is active.
